Our customer service goal is simple.  We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. Every time. Guaranteed. Our online shopping cart is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Your download links will not expire, however, you have up to ten attempts to download them.  After that, you'll need to contact us to reset them.  If you should have any questions or issues please feel free to drop us an e-mail.
 
If you are needing help with a previous order that you have placed with us, please don't forget to give us your order number so we can promptly pull it up.
 
If you are ordering a Digitized Logo you can upload your artwork or image at the bottom of this form.  You can also email us a copy of the artwork to sales@katelynskreativestitches.com.  We'll need a clean image or vector file. I can also use .pdf, .png, .cdr, .eps and .ai formats.  Please make sure you add this email to your contact list so it will not end up in your junk folder.
 
**CUSTOM WORDS**
 
Effective June 1st, 2025, we have DISCONTINUED our Custom Words.  We have done over 1,300 Arched and Script words since 2015.  The last 4 years that is all that we have done.  We'd really like to move on to other designs and projects. I still have a bunch of these that have not been listed for one reason or another.  If you'd like to see if I already have a word worked up, then you are welcome to ask and I will check.  We appreciate your understand.  
 
Also, we would love for you to share your thoughts on our site.  All comments are Welcomed.
