Hello and Welcome to Katelyn's Kreative Stitches
 
Katelyn's Kreative Stitches customer service goal is simple.  We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. Every time. Guaranteed. Our online shopping cart is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Your download links will not expire, however, you have up to ten attempts to download them.  After that, you'll need to contact us to reset them.  If you should have any questions or issues please feel free to drop us an e-mail.
 
If you are needing help with a previous order that you have placed with us, please don't forget to give us your order number so we can promptly pull it up.
 
If you are ordering a Digitized Logo and need to submit your artwork, please email us a copy of the artwork to sales@katelynskreativestitches.com.  I will need a clean image or vector file. I can also use .pdf, .png, .cdr, .eps and .ai formats.  Please make sure you add this email to your contact list.
 
If you are looking for a custom word to be done from one of our current design collections, then please make sure you visit our "Custom Listings" section before emailing us.  Prices are now based on your requested "Turn around Time".
