Your download links will not expire, however, you have up to ten attempts to download them. After that, you'll need to contact us to reset them.  If you should have any questions or issues please feel free to drop us an e-mail.

If you are needing help with a previous order that you have placed with us, please don't forget to give us your order number so we can promptly pull it up.

If you are ordering a Digitized Logo you can upload your artwork or image at the bottom of this form. You can also email us a copy of the artwork to sales@katelynskreativestitches.com. We'll need a clean image or vector file. I can also use .pdf, .png, .cdr, .eps and .ai formats.  Please make sure you add this email to your contact list so it will not end up in your junk folder.

If you are looking for a custom word to be done from one of our current design collections, then please make sure you visit our "Custom Listings" section before emailing us. Prices are now based on your requested "Turn around Time".
