Our website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing you to browse, purchase, and download embroidery designs whenever it's convenient for you.

At this time, we do not accept personal checks or money orders.
Digital Download Information
All products sold through Katelyn’s Kreative Stitches are digital downloads only. No physical products, patches, or embroidered items will be shipped.
Our embroidery designs are intended for use with compatible embroidery software and embroidery machines. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the design format they purchase is compatible with their equipment.
After payment has been successfully processed, your download links are typically available immediately through your customer account.
Download Limits
Each order includes up to 10 download attempts per file.
If you reach your download limit, simply contact us and we will be happy to reset your downloads.
Your orders remain available within your customer account for future access.
Accessing Your Downloads
If you do not receive a download email:
- Log into your account.
- Click on your Account Profile.
- Select Orders or Downloads.
- Locate your order and download your files directly.
We also recommend checking your spam or junk folder.
To ensure you receive future communications, please add:
sales@katelynskreativestitches.com
to your safe sender list or address book.
Previous Orders
Customers who have purchased from us over the years may notice that certain file formats display as inactive. In many cases, additional formats were added after the original purchase date.
If you need access to one of these formats, simply contact us and we will gladly review your account and assist you.
If you are requesting support for a previous order, please include your order number whenever possible.
Logo Digitizing Services
If you are requesting a custom logo digitizing quote, you may upload your artwork through our contact form or email it directly to:

For best results, please provide the highest-quality artwork available. We can work with most common file formats including:
- AI
- EPS
- SVG
- CDR
- PNG
- JPG
Vector artwork is always preferred when available.
Product Photos & Samples
Customers are welcome to use our watermark-protected product images and software-generated design previews to help market finished embroidered products created from our designs.
We strongly encourage customers to create and display their own stitch-out samples whenever possible, as they provide the most accurate representation of your embroidery work and stitching quality.
Please do not copy or use customer-submitted photos without permission.
