Our Halloween Web applique is Super Cute for Halloween Tees, Totes or even Towels for your Home Decor. It will fit the 4x4, 5x7, 6x10 and 9x9 hoop sizes.
**Sample is shown with Wiggle Eyes attached to a Tote Bag. You can add your own Wiggle Eyes by skipping the last step for the embroidered eyes or add them on top of the stitched out eyes. Either way will work.
