Refunds / Exchanges:
Due to the electronic nature of our products, no refunds can be offered. Altering a design file such as resizing, or sorting, can affect the stitch quality. We are not responsible for the results of altered designs.

Please verify your machines format before purchasing. You are purchasing a downloadable zip file that will need to be saved and unzipped on your computer. This is not an actual product that you will receive in the mail. You will receive one downloadable zipped file.
Your zip file will include the following formats:

- DXF
- EPS
- PNG
- JPG
These formats are commonly used for paper printed projects or vinyl cutting. For example: You can use them with your Silhouette or Cricut cutting machines. You may also use them with larger commercial cutters.
