We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
Personal Checks or Money Orders:
We do not accept personal checks or money orders at this time.
Shipping and Handling:
All of our products at Katelyn's Kreative Stitches are sold as digital downloads. These are not finished products that are sold on items or as applique iron on patches. They are to be used for the creation of Machine Embroidery or with your own Heat Press or Cutting Machine. For Embroidery you must have some type of embroidery machine software to use these designs and transfer them to your machine. For vinyl or paper use, you must have a cutting machine or printer. You should receive a download link within a few minutes after your payment has been received, with the exception of an e-Check. An e-Check will take 3-5 Business Days to clear your account. After payment has been made in full you will be allowed to download your files up to ten attempts. After ten attempts the links will need to be reset. Otherwise our links will not expire and will remain active in your order history.
If you made a purchase from Katelyn's Kreative Stitches prior to July 7th, 2012 then you'll need to request these links to be re-activated. We changed service providers back on this date and all of the links at the time were broken. However, the orders themselves were moved to our current service provider. If you need a link re-issued just e-mail us at sales@katelynskreativestitches.com and we will be glad to re-issue you a New Order. There is no need to repurchase your files. Please include your order number in the e-mail.
In some cases, additional formats may have been added after the time of purchase. These formats will show up in your order history as "inactive". If it's a format you need just e-mail us and we can manually reset it for you. Otherwise this will not affect any of the prior formats.
Sharing of these links and downloads are strictly prohibited. You may direct customers to our site so they may purchase their own designs. If you are caught file sharing your account and links will be deactivated, no questions asked.
If you do not receive your download links via email:
If you do not receive your download links via e-mail please log into your account. Look on the top right hand side and click on your account profile (the icon looks like a person). Then click on "Orders" or "Downloads", either one will work. All of your previous orders will be listed here. You may also want to check your spam or junk folder before contacting us. We do on occasion have e-mails that are typed incorrectly, however it's an easy fix. All you need to do is e-mail us. To help ensure you receive all of our e-mails please add our e-mail to your address book. sales@katelynskreativestitches.com
Designs, Design Collections, and Fonts are all Copyright protected by katelynskreativestitches.com or their respective owners. By purchasing and downloading design files from us, you agree to the following terms:
Refunds / Exchanges:
Due to the electronic nature of our products, no refunds can be offered. Altering a design file such as resizing, or sorting, can affect the stitch quality. We are not responsible for the results of altered designs.
Changes for the New Website: Effective July 25th, 2019:
You will now have to keep up with your purchases from Katelyn's Kreative Stitches. Since we have upgraded the website we will not be adding any modifications to the site that will keep us from upgrading our software. We previously had a modification installed that would warn you when a duplicate order was about to be placed. Since these modifications are costly and keep us from updating our software when it becomes necessary, we have chosen not to have it installed on the new website. We appreciate your understanding.
License / Purchasing:
Designs that are purchased or downloaded from Katelyn’s Kreative Stitches, CAN be stitched on items to be sold, but the designs themselves CANNOT BE SOLD, TRADED, SHARED or INCLUDED in any design set or collection through a digital format. Our designs MAY NOT be pulled apart to use certain elements of a design to create your own designs for reselling of a digital file.
You are welcome to merge our purchased designs with other designs for the sole purpose of stitching them on an item and reselling those items as a unique one of a kind creation.
You MAY NOT contact another digitizer to create a copy of our designs in any way shape or form. Many hours go into digitizing our designs so Please Respect our Work! Designs are solely for the purpose of machine embroidery and are not a license for reproduction of the images, including our customers images.
We ask that you please contact us about any concerns or issues that you may have with your stitched results, so we may review them and improve our products, if and when necessary.
Limitations:
You must have written consent to mass-market items using these designs. Mass-market meaning 300 or more items.
Photos:
Upon purchasing, our customers are welcome to use photos from Katelyn's Kreative Stitches that include our Watermark with our custom logo. However, we do have some customers that on ocassion will sample stitch outs for us. Please do not use our customers images. If they were sampled by one of our customers credit will be given below each picture in our photo gallery.
Upon purchasing, our customers are also welcome to use any of our snap shots without the fabrics shown. Snap Shots are basically just a snap shot of our design(s) taken from our computer software. Snap Shots are not watermarked.
We do strongly encourage you to stitch your own samples and replace those images as soon as you can. This way your customers will have a true sampling of your own personal techniques.
Reviews:
When you leave a product review on Katelyn's Kreative Stitches.com all reviews are subject to our approval to post or decline at our own discretion. You also have the option to post a photo of your finished project. Once a photo has been uploaded to our website, we then have your permission to use these photos to showcase on our website, Facebook or Instagram page.
